Shipping & Returns

  • Cut-off times / Dispatch
    1. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 p.m. will be despatched on next working day.
    2. Orders placed on Monday to Friday after 1:00 p.m., on weekends or on Bank Holidays will be despatched in 2 working days.
  • Postage: within the UK
    1. For orders of £50 or over, the postage cost is FREE (sent by Royal Mail Signed For® 1 st)
    2. For orders under £50, the postage cost is £5 (sent by Royal Mail Signed For® 1 st)
    3. Next Day Delivery: Postage cost is £10 (sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm ®)
  • Postage: International
    1. The postage cost is £15 to £30 depending on weight and location (sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, 7-14 working days)
    2. Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes for International shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage customers to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
    3. The suggested days for delivery are for guidance purpose only and these commence from the date of dispatch.
  • Stock availability:
    1. We try to maintain stock counts accurately on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy due to unavoidable reasons.
    2. If any items in the order are out of stock, we will contact the customer to advise of waiting times for restocking and send recommendations for alternatives via WhatsApp.
  • Parcels Damaged in Transit: If the customer finds a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.

Returns & Exchanges

  • In case of the customer having simply changed the mind, the product/s can be returned or exchanged as per below process.
  • Any custom-made product or on-sale product cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we cannot allow returns or exchange on earrings / pierced jewellery for any reason. This will also include the jewellery sets that include earrings.
  • Return Process:
    1. Please contact us at info@mandeeta.com within 3 days of the order being received, quoting the order number to receive a confirmation about the return.
    2. Once we authorize the return and confirm this via email, please send the return within 7 days of this email. The product/s should be returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Products that appear to be worn or used cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
    3. Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. We recommend using track and signed for service which has got enough insurance. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.
    4. Once returns are received, we will inspect and refund the value of the goods returned in 10 working days. We cannot refund any shipping costs paid.
